Whoopsies, it happened again. Another Cuphead OC. Only this time I went a little overboard.

This was more like a self challenge to myself. Make a Cuphead OC based on a Japanese myth/legend (because it was Friday and I had nothing better to do). So I decided to make one based on Okiku. And of course she has a backstory, but we’ll get to that later.
